- Inspect knock sensor
- Measure the resistance of the sensor.
Standard resistance 
If the result is not as specified, replace the knock sensor.

Install the sensor with the nut.
Torque: 20 n*m (205 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*Lbf)

Apply a continuous line of seal packing as shown in
the illustration.

Install front exhaust pipe assembly
Using a vernier caliper, measure the free length of
the compression spring.
Minimum length:
41.5 Mm (1.634 In.)
